Conformance between macro def result type and macro impl result type isn't tested #5689

import scala.reflect.makro.Context

object Macros {
  def returnsString(i: Double): String = macro returnsIntImpl
  def returnsIntImpl(c: Context)(i: c.Expr[Double]): c.Expr[Int] = ???
}

The above snippet compiles, while it should not.
