I did not fully grasp what is wrong, but queryable breaks in M3 due to some problem with reification, splicing and/or unreifyTree.

The example at

https://github.com/cvogt/slick/commits/nestedReify

clearly produces a wrong tree at runtime, which for example contains the word "eval", which can't be right. But the tree is already wrong after splicing at compile time. Please contact me in Skype in case of questions.
