The problem is that parents of a Template are both symless and typeless. Unfortunately, body isn't perfect either.

A (meaningless) example:

import scala.reflect.runtime.universe._

object Test extends App {
  reify {
    val x: String with Singleton { def foo: Int } = ???
  }
}
