reflect.api.StandardNames has currently ~150 definititions and no documentation whatsoever. I do not think we can let it stand. Since I do not think anybody wants to write doc comments for 100+ obscure names, and I cannot imagine people will need them, let's remove as much as possible. Ideally, remove all of them. If we cannot do that, let's keep the number of names to the bare minimum (everything over 10 would be unacceptable, I think).
