matching on scala enums crashes compiler #7043

Trying to compile a simple match clause on an enum crashes the compiler.
The code is here with compiler stack trace:

The workaround is to use this style of coding, which in this case is all I need.

family == CURL || family == JAVA || family == SAFARI || family == OPERA

but I can imagine other cases where this might not be just right.
