The fsc.bat and fsc files located in the "bin" folder clash with the F# compiler (which is called "fsc.exe"). Please consider renaming to avoid clash in environment variables.

the fsc name is now well established (and may even predate the existence of F#). the only way I expect this will get fixed is when we get rid of fsc entirely — which we should do

fsc is not recommended for use, so an easy workaround is to just delete fsc.exe from your Scala installation.
