scaladoc reports type error where scalac succeeds #7905

The issue came up in this StackOverflow question. The code posted there produces an error when running scaladoc, while it compiles fine with scalac.
I reproduced this problem myself, simplifying the code further to:
The produce I have the following:
src/main/scala/Test.scala
– the above codebuild.sbt
– only containsscalaVersion := "2.10.3"
project/build.properties
– only containssbt.version=0.13.0
The following then succeeds:
sbt compile
. The following fails:sbt doc
